Children's Ministry Purpose

"We believe God has called First Baptist Church-Huntersville to support the family in preparing children for a relationship with Christ, and to provide a loving Christian community which nurtures children in the Christian faith and builds the foundation for living a life of service to God."

First Baptist Church-Huntersville considers it a privilege to love, teach, and nurture children, because we believe we are following the example set by Jesus in Matthew 9:37. "Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me…" Our teachers share God’s love with children and teach them to love God and one another.
