Purpose |
| To provide free clothing to needy residents of the North Mecklenburg & South Iredell region. To provide a place for residents who want donated clothing to those in need within their own community. Top of Page |
| Income level & family situation will be used to determine eligibility for clothing. We will also keep records regarding the number of times a family or individual has used the clothing closet. Screening and referral of clients is done through service providers at Ada Jenkins Center, Solomon House (Parish Nurse, Crisis Assistance Ministries, & Community Social Worker), and other designated agencies. Because Lydia's Loft is a needs-based ministry, clients obtain a shopping ticket from the service providers and are able to shop free of charge. Top of Page |
